Academic Standing & Probation

Students with a GPA below 2.0 or insufficient attendance may be placed on probation. After three consecutive sessions on probation, students may be dismissed. Probation includes improvement plans and mid-session reviews with staff.

Grades & Transcripts

Grades are given at midterm and final. A grade of C (73%) or higher is required to pass. Transcripts and grade reports are available through BuzzPort. Official transcripts can be requested digitally or by mail for a small fee.

Drop/Add, Withdrawal, and Refunds
